4. Port Requests

You agree that you will submit port requests only for requests where an end user has submitted a legitimate request. You may not submit fraudulent or unauthorized port requests.

5. SPID Representation

You agree to only select Service Provider Identification Numbers (SPIDs) that you are legally authorized to represent for porting purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LNP.CC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LNP.CC from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
